The sixties may have been a time in history deemed ‘swinging’, but that was certainly not the case for everyone. Dolores, Mary, Norma and Queenie are all unmarried... and all pregnant. They have been left under the care of the stern and fiery matron, known to some as 'The Holy Cow'. These girls are secretly stowed away in St. Saviour's Mother and Baby Home. Hidden away from society. Forced to face their shame. However, through laughter, pain and friendship, a collection of 60s girl-group records becomes the soundtrack to their story. Watch as this group of young women come together.
