VONJ is a self-taught musician born in Kenya & currently active in the UK. Song writing is his passion. He has endeavoured in a variety of musical projects working as an independent artist, producer & session player.
After Vonj released his 4th album ‘Ruach’, he began working on a new band project. The band line up consists of Vonj on guitar & vocals, David Farrell on drums, Jorge Fundo on bass & Djo Carpentier on Sax. Together they create an electric groove-driven sound of jazz and psychedelic funk rock.
Support from Thomas Heppell. A Berkshire based musician who performs Blues, Jazz and Rock & Roll solo or in his 3 piece band, alongside his own compositions. He will get your foot tapping to some good old classics, with a few familiar favourites and some originals.
