Waypoints - Reflections in Printmaking

  • Burdall's Yard Anglo Terrace Bath, England, BA1 5NH United Kingdom (map)

Opening times: Tuesday - Friday 11:00 - 16:00, Saturday mornings, and whenever there is an evening event.

An exhibition celebrating some of the works of three artists that are a part of the Bath Artists Printmaking studio in Larkhall.

Sara Strawson works mainly in lino and cyanotype, often using both. She enjoys the cross-over between the hands-on feel of printmaking techniques and the more technical aspect of photography.

Rachel Wilcox's (MA Fine Art) drawings and painterly mark-making are prominent and important features within the technique of her printmaking.  The prints become a personal diary that reflect her observations and sensory perceptions.

Angela Lai Yen's prints are limited-edition linocut and monotypes. Her designs are often made up of dynamic yet simple lines, block shapes and patterns, and placed with strong colour combinations.

Private View: Thursday 15th February, 6pm-8pm - you are invited to join Angela, Rachel and Sara for an evening celebrating our latest exhibition.
